Super Rare Games are releasing a limited-run physical edition of Solar Sail Games’ Smoke and Sacrifice for the Nintendo Switch.
Smoke and Sacrifice is the acclaimed open-world gothic RPG from Solar Sail Games. The game was originally released via the Nintendo eShop in 2018, and came to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One last year. It’s now getting limited physical Switch release from the folks at Super Rare Games.
The game tells the tale of Sachi and follows her journey to uncover the truth behind the mysterious Sun Tree that bestows life upon her frozen homeland. A trip to a dangerous underworld awaits in which Sachi must fight monsters, craft items to survive, and explore expansive hand-painted environments.
The physical edition includes a copy of the game, a 20-page colour manual, a sticker, and three random trading cards from a set of five. With only 5,000 copies being produced, it will indeed be super rare.
It’s available to pre-order today from the Super Rare Games website and will be released on January 9, 2020.
