Sniper Elite 4 is getting a huge DLC release today.
The second part of Sniper Elite 4’s Deathstorm DLC campaign is now available to download on console and PC.
Deathstorm Part 2 picks up with Agent Karl Fairburne dispatched to the fascist-occupied north of Italy on a mission to find out what the Nazis are planning for their new plutonium-powered weapon. Nothing good, we’d warrant.
The mini-campaign is set among the winding alleys and rooftops of the medieval town of Niroli, which developers Rebellion say will provide a range of tactically varied gameplay opportunities. It certainly looks beautiful. In fact, it would be quite nice if Rebellion developed an Animal Crossing-style mode where you could just sit in a café, sip espresso, and watch the world go by.
Also released today is the Urban Assault Expansion Pack. This batch of customisation content includes eight urban-themed rifle skins, male and female ghillie characters, and three new weapons: the Winchester, Sten and Walther PPK.
And finally, there’s also a free multiplayer update available today that adds a Capture the Flag competitive mode, a new Survival mission, and brand new map called Urban.
Sniper Elite 4 – and its DLC – is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
