Naughty Dog have announced that Left Behind, the acclaimed single-player chapter to The Last of Us, is coming to the US PlayStation Store as a standalone download.
The download will be available on both PS3 and PS4 from 12th May, priced $9.99. Naughty Dog are positioning the standalone Left Behind as a gateway to the full The Last of Us game. A way for new players to explore the world and characters at a lower price-point.
Also included will be a two-hour trial of the Factions Multiplayer mode. The Left Behind standalone will have upgrade paths available in the in-game store for both the full Factions experience and the full The Last of Us game. The price of the PS3 Left Behind Add-on will also be reduced on the same day.
