This War of Mine: Complete Edition on Nintendo Switch

Deep Silver confirm the Nintendo Switch release date for 11 bit studios’ This War of Mine.

Anti-war survival game, This War of Mine, will be released on Nintendo Switch on November 27, 2018.

Since the game’s launch in 2014, the game has been expanded with new stories, locations, and gameplay.

The Nintendo Switch’s ‘Complete Edition’ features everything added to the game since launch, including the story-driven Father’s Promise, and War Child DLC expansions. Rather generously, any future expansions will also be added to the game for free.

This War of Mine gives players the chance experience war from the perspective of those affected by it. Tempered by a day/night cycle, players have to craft, trade, and scavenge to stay alive, and take care of a small group of survivors living in a besieged city.

Here’s the new reveal trailer for This War of Mine: Complete Edition on Nintendo Switch.

If you want to read more about the making of the game, check out our report of Pawl Miechowski’s fascinating talk at the 2015 Game Developers Conference.

This War of Mine Complete Edition will be released exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on November 27, 2018. It is currently available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, iOS, Android, PC, Linux, and Mac.
