The latest Xbox One Free Play Days event includes three excellent games.

In case you missed it, here’s a quick reminder of the three titles that are currently free to play for all Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members.

First on the docket is Soulcalibur VI, Bandai Namco’s acclaimed fighting game from 2018. This iteration refreshes the franchise with new mechanics including the Reversal Edge and a revamped Soul Charge.

Next up is Ubisoft’s online tactical shooter, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. It can be a daunting game for the uninitiated, but if it clicks, you’ll likely want to get it for keeps. It’s an expertly crafted modern combat game.

Dead by Daylight, the asymmetric survival horror from Behaviour Interactive, completes the lineup. Again, it can be a scary experience for newcomers. In fact, it’s a scary and heart-pounding experience, period.

All three Xbox One games are free to download and play until Sunday, June 14 at 11:59 pm PDT. All cheevos and save files carry over to purchased copies of each game. And here are details of some discounts to tempt you.

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
