Valheim’s not even out of Early Access, yet, but it’s already hit an astonishing sales milestone.
Valheim, from developer Iron Gate and publisher Coffee Stain, took the world by storm when it was released into Early Access last year. (You’d think we’d all had enough of crafty survival games, but here we are.)
So popular is Valheim that today it was announced that the game has sold over 10 million copies.
#Valheim has sold over 10 million copies! Thank you to every single one of you who got us to this milestone – when we launched the game we could never in our wildest dreams have imagined this! 🧡 🍻 pic.twitter.com/ZCmcsaubPB

That’s it. That’s the news. Valheim’s still in Early Access and it’s sold over 10m copies.
Congratulations to Coffee Stain and Iron Gate in particular – it’s one Hel of an achievement, especially for a game whose core development team is just five people.
