Stranger Things 3 and Sea of Solitude headline the list of new video games coming to Xbox One between July 1-5, 2019.

Stranger Things returns to Netflix for its third season this week, and this time it’s accompanied by a brand new video game. The BonusXP developed adventure features familiar moments from the series, an impressive 12 playable characters, and two player co-op. It’s all wrapped-up in a retro-style aesthetic which, although not completely authentic, has a certain charm.

Our pick of the week is Sea of Solitude from Jo-Mei Games. Set in an abandoned, submerged city, the game tells the story of Kay, a young women who must overcome her loneliness, as well as the various creatures and obstacles she encounters.

Another recommendation is the long-awaited console release of zombie steam-punk RTS, They Are Billions. The game came to PC in early 2017 and has grown a dedicated following of fans. The Xbox One version is being handled by ‪BlitWorks, and comes complete with mouse and keyboard support.

All of next week’s games can be purchased from the Xbox One digital store, or via the Microsoft online store. Here’s the full lineup of new releases.
