Openworld RPG Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot headlines this week’s lineup of new Xbox One video game releases.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is the first big Xbox One release of the year. CyberConnect2’s open-world RPG has received a positive critical response in early reviews, with praise directed at its story and mission variety. Of particular interest to fans is Bonyū, an all-new character from Dragon Ball creator, Akira Toriyama.
Other new releases include point-and-click horror game Without Escape, Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments Redux, and a new content expansion for Deck13 favourite, The Surge 2.
Apart from that, it’s slim pickings in terms of new games. If you’re desperate for something to play take a look at the roster of new Xbox One discounts and Game Pass releases for a few more options.
Each new release can be picked up from the Xbox One digital games store and Microsoft online store. Here’s the confirmed new release lineup.
