Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge headlines this week’s lineup of new Xbox releases.

There was an impressive roster of games on display at yesterday’s Xbox & Bethesda Showcase, but most are not due for release until later this year or 2023.

In the meantime, Xbox players can look forward to the latest instalment of a classic beat ’em franchise. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge has ticked all the boxes during preview, with fantastic visuals, multiple playable characters, and a six-player co-op mode. We hope the final product plays as good as it looks.

Other new Xbox releases include further racing sequel Redout 2, escape room adventure Oxide Room 104, and rogue-lite RPG, The Hand of Merlin. New content also arrives for Jurassic World Evolution 2 and OlliOlli World.

We hate to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. But it's difficult to make ends meet in online publishing at the moment, so if you'd like to help us continue our work, you could always buy the team a cup of coffee.
