Looking for a new game to play on Xbox consoles? Here’s a look at next week’s new Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One releases.

There’s a relatively quiet week ahead on Xbox, with just a small crop of mid-tier and indie games to look forward to.

The one exception is the Xbox Series X|S port of Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time. Expectations were high for this fourth mainline instalment following the massive success of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. The result is a mixed bag, but there’s plenty of ambition and imagination on display, even if the end result doesn’t quite hit the mark. The game runs at 4K and 60FPS on Xbox Series X and is upscaled to 4K on Series S. Owners of the digital Xbox One version also get a free upgrade via Smart Delivery.

Our indie highlight is Journey of the Broken Circle, the award-winning puzzle platformer from Lovable Hat Cult that explores themes of angst and anxiety, love and friendship.

Other new games include the long-awaited release of sci-fi racer Pacer and Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame. As always, this release lineup is likely to change throughout the week. We’ll update this page with any late additions.
