Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart climbs to the top of the UK video games chart as Monster Hunter Stories 2 debuts in third place.
PlayStation 5 showcase Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart has returned to the No.1 in the UK chart of physical game sales from GfK. The game climbs five places, usurping Mario Golf: Super Rush, which falls to fourth.
FIFA 21 is at No.2 for a second week, again seeing a strong performance due to the European Football Championships.
Capcom’s Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings Of Ruin debuts at No.3. It’s an enjoyable RPG, but maybe it was released a little too soon after Monster Hunter Rise?
Elsewhere, Oddworld: Soulstorm sneaks in at No.10. And Assassin’s Creed Valhalla returns to the upper reaches of the chart, leaping from No.17 to No.8.
