The Commodore 64 Mini – or TheC64 Mini to use its official moniker – comes to North America in October.

TheC64 Mini will be released in North America on October 9, 2018, say producers Retro Games and Solutions 2 Go.

The teeny-tiny machine is a 50% size replica of the much-loved 1980’s home computer, and comes bundled with a retro-style joystick and 64 pre-loaded games.

The machine supports HDMI and displays at 720p and 60Hz. Naturally, there’s a CRT filter to evoke TVs of the period.

As with Nintendo’s mini consoles, TheC64 Mini also features instant save states.

Paul Andrews, managing director of Retro Games, said in a press statement:

“We are delighted to be able to bring back some of the most loved retro games ever, on one of the most successful formats of all time. The North American release of THEC64 mini is a reimagining of the classic C64 computer and one of a series of products we have on the way.”

Here’s the full lineup of games included with TheC64 Mini.
