PlayStation Store - Days of Play Sale

Sony discounts consoles, games, and peripherals in this year’s PlayStation Days of Play campaign.

The Days of Play promotion returns with another 10 days of savings on PlayStation 4 games, console bundles, and peripherals. This year’s event – which runs from June 7-17, 2019 – is showcased by the release of a new limited edition 1TB PlayStation 4.

The Steel Black console is adorned with the classic PlayStation iconography embossed in silver, and comes with a matching controller. You can pick it up from June 7 while stocks last for $299.99/£279.99/€299.99.

A Jet Black 1TB PlayStation 4 Pro will also be available in the US at $349.99 USD, with a standard slim PS4 console coming to Europe at a reduced price.

There are also peripherals to choose from. PlayStation VR Starter Set bundles will start at $249.99/£179.99/€199.99, and DualShock 4 wireless controllers will be available from $39.99/£34.99/€39.99.

A bunch of games will also get discounts, including recent PS4 exclusives Days Gone, God of War, Marvel’s Spider-Man, and MLB The Show 19. The best value can be found in the PlayStation Hits range with The Last of Us Remastered, Bloodborne, Rachet and Clank, and Uncharted 4 all reduced to $9.99.

We’ll no doubt get more information before the promotion launches at the end of next week. Follow Thumbsticks on Twitter to get the latest updates.

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
