Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is coming to Android next month with an exclusive pre-registration bonus on offer.

CD Projekt Red has announced that Gwent, the smash-hit card game that was spun out of the studio’s The Witcher III: Wild Hunt will be released on Android devices on March 24, 2020.

Excited players can pre-register their interest on the Google Play Store to receive the unique Imperial Golem avatar bonus when the game is released. The avatar will be added to players’ collections as soon as it’s installed. If you’re mildly curious about playing Gwent, it’s probably worth doing, especially as the game is free to download.

We hate to ask, but...

Thumbsticks has a couple of goals. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough to meet those goals! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
