Good Shepherd Entertainment and Ice Code Games have confirmed a PC release date for Hard West 2.
The Wild West turn-based strategy sequel will launch on PC on August 4, 2022.
The game’s new release date trailer shows some of the human and supernatural foes players will encounter.
The game’s story – written by author Matt Forbeck – will be brought to life by a stellar cast that includes Kevin Conroy, Darien Sills-Evans, and Adam Gifford. The soundtrack will come from Jason Graves, who has provided scores for numerous games, including the likes of Dead Space and Tomb Raider.
We played the first game on Nintendo Switch and loved the its story and tactical gameplay. However, at the time of writing, there’s no news of a console release for Hard West 2. Regardless, we hope the sequel is a worthy follow-up. The game will be available via Steam and GOG and priced at $29.99/€24.99.
