The latest Hitman 2 update sees Agent 47 dress for Halloween with a rather splendid pumpkin head. Here’s what the new game update includes.
Hitman 2 gets a big update tomorrow which includes a Halloween-themed contract, and a long list of game improvements. The update will drop for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 tomorrow. There will be server maintenance between 11:00 and 15:00 UTC to prepare for the update.
Specifics of the new Escalation Contract are elusive but if the new trailer is anything to go by, it should be suitably creepy and atmospheric. The contract will offer players two new rewards for completion: a tactical wetsuit and bat shuriken. And the update is not just for Halloween, it’s a permanent addition to the game
In addition to the new contract, update 2.71.0 includes a slew of game fixes. Changes include improvements to the Sniper Assassin menu flow, tweaked AI behaviour and, erm, updated toilet collision detection.
You can see the complete list of tweaks and changes over at the official Hitman 2 website.
