Microsoft Flight Simulator and Cris Tales are among the games joining Xbox Game Pass this month.

Cris Tales from Dreams Uncorporated was released on console and PC earlier this week. By all accounts, it’s a sublime action-RPG and well worth its asking price. If you are an Xbox Game Pass subscriber, however, you can play the game as part of your monthly or annual membership.

It’s yet another example of the value Microsoft seems committed to delivering through its game subscription service, and there’s more to come.

Joining Game Pass today is Raji: An Ancient Epic, the evocative platform adventure from Nodding Heads Games. It’s accompanied by Atomicrops and Last Stop.

Next week sees the console debut of Asobo Studio’s award-winning Microsoft Flight Simulator and original Xbox “classic” Blinx: The Time Sweeper.

July closes out with The Ascent, the promising cyberpunk action role-playing game from Neon Giant, and enchanting puzzle adventure Omno.

Here’s the full lineup of titles joining Xbox Game Pass in late July.

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
