Here’s the full lineup of video games released for the Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One between December 21-25, 2020.

Next week’s lineup of new Xbox releases is, erm, slender to say the least. At the time of writing, we have just three games confirmed for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

Override 2: Super Mech League is a gigantic mech-brawler from Mobius Studios that features single and local multiplayer campaigns for up to four players. The deluxe edition – and first DLC pack – includes an Ultraman crossover, with Bemular, Dan Moroboshi, and Black King also coming to the game early in 2021.

Next up is Solitaire 3D, which boasts over 100 different solitaire variants including Spider, Pyramid, and Klondike. All in 3D, no less. Sounds like fun, right?

Finally, on Christmas Day, Unfinished Pixel release Super Sports Blast. The three-game compilation includes accessible versions of tennis, football, and volleyball. It looks entirely average, but we tip our hat to Unfinished Pixel for attempting to be at the top of the new releases list when new Xbox owners set up their consoles.

All three games are available from the Xbox digital games store. We’ll keep this post updated throughout the week with any late additions.

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. But it's hard to do that in the current financial climate. If you'd like to help us fund these aims, you could always buy the team a cup of coffee.
