Scribblenauts Showdown leads this week’s lineup of eShop releases for the Nintendo Switch, 3DS and Wii U.
The return of Scribblenauts is this week’s Nintendo eShop highlight. Scribblenauts Showdown is the first game in the series since 2013, and this time leans heavily into local multiplayer with 25 different party-games to play with friends and family. CPU opponents are on hand for solo players.
Also released this week is FlintHook, an enjoyable grapple-hook action platformer from Tribute Games, and Fear Effect Sedna, the crowd-funded third instalment of the Fear Effect series.
Another game that catches the eye is One Eyed Kutkh from Baba Yaga Games. The point-and-click space adventure is equal parts video game, theatrical performance and animation.
