Return of the Obra Dinn, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and some classic D&D RPGs headline this week’s eShop releases for the Nintendo Switch.

It’s a great week for RPG fans on the Switch with some classic games coming to the Nintendo eShop. Most intriguing is the ambitious port of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. CD Projekt Red’s game has been nipped and tucked to run on Switch and offers the complete base game and all post-release DLC.

If you have more traditional role-playing tastes, the delayed quartet of Baldur’s Gate 1 & 2, Planescape: Torment and Icewind Dale should keep you busy for a few weeks.

Another recommendation from this week’s lineup is Lucas Pope’s puzzle adventure, Return of the Obra Dinn. This murky tale of death and deception on an East India Company ghost ship was one of the highlights of last year. It remains absolutely essential, so fetch a note book.

Other new releases include Game Freak’s delightful RPGLittle Town HeroOverwatch, Felix the Reaper and two new Sega Ages games. Here is the full lineup of this week’s Nintendo Switch releases.

Did Nintendo really just bench Zelda, again, for Breath of the Wild 2?
