SaGa Frontier Remastered headlines this week’s lineup of new Nintendo Switch eShop releases.
SaGa Frontier Remastered from Square Enix is our pick of this week’s new Nintendo Switch eShop releases. This remastered edition of the classic 1997 JPRG includes Fuse as a playable character for the first time, new story events, and a double-speed mode. We’re not entirely won over by the updated visuals, but we look forward to revisiting the game’s Free Scenario gameplay system.
The Darkside Detective: A Fumble in the Dark is the second game in Spooky Doorway’s puzzle adventure series. The game promises more super-natural hijinks in a new anthology of six paranormal investigations led by Detective Francis McQueen.
Other new Nintendo Switch releases include sci-fi physics-based puzzler Relicta and sandbox adventure RPG, Deiland: Pocket Planet Edition. We’ll add to this list throughout the week with any late additions.
