Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection and Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires are among this week’s lineup of new Nintendo Switch eShop releases.

Although we appreciate the direction taken by the Assassin’s Creed franchise in recent years, we’ll always have a soft spot for the adventures of Ezio Auditore da Firenze.

Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection is a value-packed bundle of three games that defined the series. It includes Assassin’s Creed II, the amazing Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, and the underrated Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. If the port from the usually reliable Virtuos is as sharp as Ezio’s hidden blade, this collection comes highly recommended.

The week’s other notable Nintendo Switch release is Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires from Koei Tecmo. The game gives 2018’s Dragon Warriors 9 a strategy-oriented twist with stages designed around intense castle sieges.

Other new games include the delayed Switch version of River City Girls Zero and Voice of Cards: The Forsaken Maiden, the next entry in Square Enix’s card-based RPG series.

Here’s the full lineup of upcoming Nintendo eShop releases. As ever, some dates are likely to move. Make sure to check back throughout the week for updates.
