New Nintendo Switch eShop releases

Here’s the full rundown of this week’s new eShop releases for the Nintendo Switch, and 3DS.

It’s another busy week on the Nintendo eShop with more than 20 new games coming to the Switch.

One of the most intriguing new releases is hide-and-seek action game, At Sundown: Shots In The Dark. Mild Beast’s debut is built around the conceit that you are only visible when you shoot, dash, or slash. Strategic multiplayer mayhem seems assured.

Another highlight is Sectordub’s ‘delightfully dystopian’ puzzle-exploration game, Pikuniku. Check back for our review later this week.

Retro games fans can also relive the early 1980s with the Atari Classics Collection, which finally comes to the European eShop.

Other new releases include free-to-play MOBA, Smite, and fairy tale adventure, My Memory of UsMario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story also gets its European Nintendo 3DS release.

Check back throughout the week for more updates, including news of new Arcade Archives and NeoGeo games.

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
