Pokémon and Jedi fight for supremacy in the latest UK video games chart.

Nintendo has six releases in the top ten as Pokémon Sword debuts at No.1 in the latest video games chart from Ukie. The game pips Respawn Entertainment’s acclaimed Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order into second place. Pokémon Shield lands at No.3 and the dual pack of both Sword and Shield also makes the top ten at No.7.

Luigi’s Mansion 3 falls two places to sixth, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe drifts to No.9, and Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 drops down to tenth.

The PlayStation 4’s Death Stranding drops six places but stays inside the top ten at No.8. EA’s middle-of-the-road racer, Need for Speed: Heat, slips to No.11.

The only other new release of note is Terminator: Resistance which limps in at No. 38.
