Bandai Namco has announced that Pac-Man Museum+ will be released on PC and consoles in May.
Pac-Man Museum+ brings together 14 titles that chart the 40-year history of a genuine video game icon. In addition to the arcade original – which is already available in a myriad of other compilations – the collection includes classics like Pac-Mania and Pac-Land, plus modern reinventions like the sublime Pac-Man Championship Edition and the inventive Pac-Man 256.
The collection will be released on May 27 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It will also be added to Xbox Game Pass day and date.
In addition to the games listed below, players can customise an in-game arcade by unlocking cabinets and decorating them with figures, wallpapers, and custom flooring. Pac-Man Museum+ also includes online leaderboards, allowing players to show off share high scores with friends.
It’s also shaping up to be a rather beautiful package, as demonstrated in the game’s new trailer.
