Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers is coming to the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.
The new Persona spin-off game was announced at today’s P-Sound concert in Japan. Developed by Koei Tecmo and Atlus, Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers is new hack and slash musou game similar to the studio’s long running Dynasty Warriors games, and its Hyrule Warriors and Fire Emblem Warriors franchise variants.
The game will feature Ann, Ren, Ryujii and other characters from Persona 5. There’s no word on a release date, but you can get a look at the game in action in its first trailer.
The announcement follows yesterday’s unveiling of Persona 5 Royal, an expanded version of the acclaimed 2017 JRPG that includes new characters, dungeons and gameplay content.
The long-mooted Switch version of Persona 5 remains unconfirmed, but one of its stars, Joker, is now available as a downloadable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
