Dark Light

This weekend’s Xbox Free Play Days games are a podium topping racer and a popular online tactical shooter.

Kicking off this week’s Xbox Free Play Days event is Dirt 5, the accomplished off-road racer from Codemasters. The game features the new Playgrounds custom arena creator, over 70 routes, lots of mud and gravel, and voice-over work from Troy Baker and Nolan North.

Next up is Rainbow Six Siege, the acclaimed online shooter from Ubisoft. The game is coming up on its sixth anniversary and shows no signs of slowing down. It’s much more approachable than you might think, thanks to excellent onboarding, so don’t be afraid of giving the game a look during the free play period.

All you need to play is an Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Dirt 5 is available until midnight on March 21. Rainbow Six Siege is free until Wednesday, March 24.

All save progress and achievements will carry to purchased copies which are currently on offer via the Xbox digital game store.
