Sony has confirmed another strong lineup of free video games for PlayStation Plus subscribers in June 2021.
Leading June’s PlayStation Plus titles is Star Wars: Squadrons, the acclaimed sci-fi dogfighting game from EA Motive. It’s a smartly designed space shooter that’s all the better for its modest ambition. The game sets out to do one thing very well and succeeds at doing it. It’s also well worth experiencing in PSVR.
Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown – which was only just confirmed for release this week – is also included with PS Plus in June. The classic fighting game gets an HD upgrade, new online modes, and is a PlayStation console exclusive.
PlayStation 5 owners get an extra treat with the launch day arrival of Operation Tango, the espionage-themed cooperative adventure from Clever Plays.
All in all, it’s another stellar collection of games from Sony. All three titles will be available to download for PlayStation Plus subscribers from June 1, 2021.

The PlayStation Plus lineup for May – Battlefield V, Stranded Deep and Wreckfest: Drive Hard, Die Last – remains available to download until May 31, 2021.
