Sony has confirmed the two free games available to PlayStation Plus subscribers in October 2019.

As revealed in September’s State of Play, two massive games will be free for PlayStation Plus subscribers in October.

The Last of Us Remastered heads the lineup, giving players who have yet to experience Naughty Dog’s masterpiece enough time to do so before its sequel arrives in February 2020.

The Last of Us is joined by another PlayStation 4 exclusive, San Diego Studio’s MLB The Show 19. It’s a quick turnaround for a game that was only released last March but again it’s good timing. The MLB season ends this weekend and this deep and full-featured simulation will ably fill the gap until proceedings resume next year.

Both games are available to download on PlayStation 4 from October 1, 2019. .
