Dark Light

Here’s the full rundown on the free games coming to PlayStation Plus in March 2018.

Sony has announced the six free games coming to PlayStation Plus in March, and one of them is an absolute ripper.

Straight out of the gate is Bloodborne for PS4, From Software’s sort of follow-up to the Dark Souls series that, in many ways, is actually even better. It really is an essential game, and a AAA PS4 exclusive to boot, so if you’ve not praised the moon or feared the old blood, you should probably get on that.

Also in this month’s PlayStation Plus PS4 haul is the 2016 re-imagining of Insomniac Games’ Ratchet & Clank. That’s also very good, and you should get on that, too.

Less recommended is Mighty No. 9, Keiji Inafune’s much maligned, crowd-funded flop, which holds the ignominious honour of featuring the most offensively 1993 trailer for a video game you’ve ever seen… which was produced in 2016:

Rounding out the bunch are Claire: Extended Cut and Bombing Busters, both of which you can also play on Sony’s handheld.

Over on PlayStation 3 you can download Mighty No. 9, again, though we’re not sure why you would, and Legend of Kay Anniversary.
