PlayStation Store - January Sale

Save up to 70% on PS4, PS3, PS Vita, and PS VR games in the massive new PlayStation Store January sale.

It’s still December, but Sony doesn’t care. It’s time for the big January sale on the European PlayStation Store.

The sale features games, season passes, and DLC add-ons across all PlayStation platforms, with some big titles getting tempting price cuts.

It’s a particularly good sale for PS4 exclusives. God of War – which recently picked up Game of the Year at The Game Awards – is discounted by 52%, and Marvel’s Spider-Man is reduced by 30%.

If you like shooting people, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 gets a 40% discount, and Battlefield V is reduced by 50%.

If you like wide open places to explore, Red Dead Redemption 2 gets a modest 10% reduction, and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey receives a more generous 45% cut.

And if you like to try, try, and try again, Dark Souls: Remastered is discounted by 28%, and roguelike-metroidvania, Dead Cells, is reduced by 25%.

There are over 1500 sale items in total, so head over to the PlayStation Store in your region for the full lineup. Here are some more recommendations.

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
