Here’s the full line-up of games coming to the PlayStation Store from 17th January, 2017.

Things kick into gear again on the PlayStation Store this week after the Christmas and New Year lull.

The week’s biggest release is Gravity Rush 2, a game that was thankfully held over from last year and will now hopefully get a chance to shine. Gravity Rush 2 sees director Keiichiro Toyama return to continue the story of gravity queen Kat as she continues her quest for clues into her mysterious origin. The game also sees the wonderful Kohei Tanaka return to provide the game’s soundtrack.

Other titles released this week include survival game The Flame in the Flood, science-fiction shooter Dead Effect 2, and Quest of Dungeons, a 16-bit styled, turn-based dungeon crawler and roguelike. And with a name like that, you have to say the game is laying its cards on the table.

Unfortunately there are no games released this week for PlayStation 3 or PlayStation VR.

Here’s the full line-up:

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
