Ni no Kuni II and A Way Out head the lineup of new PlayStation Store releases for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.

There’s a jam-packed week ahead on the PlayStation Store, with another clutch of big releases coming to PS4.

The game we’re most curious about is Hazelight’s prison break adventure, A Way Out. The game can only be played in either online or local split screen co-op between two players. However, in a welcome move, owners of the game can invite friends to play, even if they don’t have their own copy.

The other big release of the week is Level-5’s RPG sequel, Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom. There’s no Studio Ghibli involvement this time around, but the studios former character designer, Yoshiyuki Momose is back on board, as is composer, Joe Hisaishi.

Also released this week is a remaster for Assassin’s Creed Rogue, and VR music game, Audio Beats.

Here’s the full PlayStation Store release lineup for next week:

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
