New PlayStation Store releases - PS4 - PS5

A trip to Resident Evil Village is the highlight of this week’s new PlayStation Store releases for the PS4 and PS5.

2021 has been a good year for Capcom so far. Monster Hunter Rise was well-received when it arrived on Nintendo Switch last month, and we’ve played much more of Capcom Arcade Stadium than we expected. We’re hopeful the run will continue with Resident Evil Village. The game’s recent season of demos have been impressive, and the imposing Alcina Dimitrescu is already a fan-favourite. Check back for the Thumbsticks review later this week.

Other new PlayStation releases include The Colonists, and supernatural FMV adventure, Dark Nights with Poe and Munro.

It’s also PS Plus week on the PlayStation Store. The PS4 lineup includes Battlefield V, and PS5 owners can look forward to getting an upgraded version of Wreckfest, the riotous racing game from Bugbear Entertainment.

Here is the full PlayStation Store lineup. We’ll update this page if we get confirmation of any additional releases.
