Save up to 90% on 130 games in the Nintendo Switch Go Digital sale

Dark Light

There’s a massive sale on at the Nintendo eShop right now, offering up to 90% discount on select Nintendo Switch games.

The Nintendo Switch Go Digital sale promises big discounts on digital-only games from the Nintendo eShop. There’s nary a putrid-tasting cartridge in sight, but still great savings to be found.

Top of the list is 30% off the award-winning Night in the Woods, from developer Infinite Fall and publisher Finji. It’s a touching and personal story of growing up and going back home, which we said is a “touching and poignant game” that captured a “bitter-sweet sense of youth receding into the distance and a lifetime of adult responsibilities barrelling over the horizon”. We liked it a lot, is the key takeaway here.

If Night in the Woods is your thing, you might also like Oxenfree, a very different coming of age story with one of the best dialogue systems in gaming. Oxenfree gets a massive 75% discount in the Nintendo Switch Go Digital sale.

If you prefer your adventures less chatty, more scary, then you can’t go wrong with Playdead’s Inside and Limbo. Limbo receives a 30% discount, while Inside is 35% off.

Another Thumbsticks favourite is Abzu, the underwater exploration adventure that carries with it a lofty environmental message. (But also offers a perfect opportunity to chill out and escape the world. And with 35% off? That’s a real bonus.)

Also featured in the sale is Wandersong, the game about a travelling bard that has such good Steam reviews, Valve’s algorithms don’t believe it’s a real game. You can believe it’s 30% off in the Nintendo Switch Go Digital sale, though.
