Save on retro games, remakes, and remasters in the latest PlayStation Store sale.
A new sale on the US Playstation Store brings some summer savings to a range of video games that are old, remade, remastered, or inspired by classics of the past.
PlayStation 4 highlights include Bluepoint’s stunning remake of Shadow of the Colossus, Treasure’s classic shoot ’em up Ikaruga, and my personal favourite, Okami HD.
A selection of classic NeoGeo games on also offer, including Metal Slug, Fatal Fury 2, and Samurai Shodown. Konami’s recently released Castlevania Anniversary Collection also gets a welcome discount.
Modern games that pay homage to retro classics include Stardew Valley, Sonic Mania, Thimbleweed Park, and Axiom Verge. And, appropriately enough, there are also discounted titles available on the PlayStation 3, PS Vita, and PSP.
