Capcom has announced that Street Fighter V: Champion Edition will be released in early 2020.
Street Fighter V: Champion Edition is pitched by the publisher as “the most robust version of the acclaimed fighting game.” It will be released on February 14, 2020, for PC and PS4.
The new edition includes almost all of the content issued for the game’s original and Arcade editions. It also features Street Fighter III boss, Gill, who is coming to the fighter roster in December.
In total, the Champion Edition will include 40 characters, 34 stages and more than 200 costumes. The full complement of game modes – Story Mode, Arcade Mode, Team Battle, Ranked Match, Casual Match – are also included.
Gill joins the lineup this December and is priced at $5.99 / £4.99 / €5.99 or 100,000 Fight Money.
From today, players with content gaps can purchase a new Upgrade Kit. The kit offers instant access to all unowned Champion Edition content as it’s released. It’s priced at $24.99 / £19.99 / €24.99.
Street Fighter V: Champion Edition and will be released physically and digitally on PlayStation 4 and on PC via on Steam for $29.99 / £24.99 / €29.99.
