This week’s Xbox One Deals with Gold includes one of our favourite ever video games.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, buy Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap. Lizardcube’s wonderful update of the 1989 Sega Master System classic set a new standard for retro remakes. Its delightful visuals and re-orchestrated soundtrack complement a piece of game design that easily stands the test of time. Also coming to Xbox Deals with Gold is Cyanide’s Styx: Master of Shadows, which is reduced by 75%, and Big Bad Wolf’s excellent graphic adventure mystery, The Council. The complete season of five episodes is reduced by 75%
