Nintendo Switch exclusive, Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, gets a ‘day 7’ patch that adds a cameo appearance from Killer7’s Dan Smith.

Grasshopper Manufacture has released a patch for Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes that adds a brief appearance from Dan Smith, one of the seven assassins featured in cult Nintendo GameCube and PlayStation 2 game, Killer7.

Dan Smith now appears in the game’s new opening movie, and is once again voiced by American actor, Michael Gough. According to one fan of Suda51’s oeuvre that we know, Smith’s appearance has “pretty crazy implications.”

We won’t even pretend to understand.

Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes is also soon to receive some paid DLC. The first expansion, Black Dandelion, will be released next month, and adds Shinobu Jacobs as a playable character. A second pack, which adds Bad Girl, will follow in April.

Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes was released last week to a mixed critical response. The game is available at retail, or via the Nintendo eShop.
