Dark Light

Ahead of its release later this month, Nacon and Eko Software have released new gameplay footage from Rugby 22.

Rugby 22 will be released on January 27 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. This year’s game features a host of major national teams – all with officially licenced players and kit – plus the Top 14, the Pro D2 and the United Rugby Championship leagues.

The new gameplay reveal trailer showcases Rugby 22‘s updated control scheme, improved team AI, tactical planning options, and new difficulty modes.

The series has come a long way since Eko Software’s first attempt with the fun but flawed Rugby 18.

Take a look.

Rugby 22 offer a single-player career mode, plus local and online multiplayer options. And for those new to rugby, new in-game tutorials will teach players the basics of the sport.
