Two excellent sports games are now free to play for Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass Ultimate members.
This weekend’s Xbox Free Play Days titles will appeal to fans of two very different sports.
NBA 2K21 needs little introduction. It’s a sublime representation of the sport, with gameplay as polished as a basketball court floor. It’s also visually outstanding – particularly on Xbox Series X – and features an impressive lineup of single and multiplayer content. A weekend is enough time to sample most of what the game has to offer – and avoid getting caught in the grip of its pervasive microtransactions.
TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 2 is the acclaimed motorcycle racing game from KT Racing. Realism is the word, and you’ll need determination and resilience if you are to master any of the game’s 18 tracks. It’s fully licensed with 18 different motorbikes to experience – including classic models – and an impressive roster of official riders.
Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can play both games for free until midnight on May 16. Any achievements and progress will transfer over to purchased retail or digital copies.
