Microsoft has announced the first batch of games coming to Xbox Game Pass for console and PC in February 2020.

Subscribers to Microsoft’s impressive à la carte video game library can look forward to one of the biggest releases of the generation this week. Square Enix’s ambitious Final Fantasy XV comes to Game Pass for both Xbox One and PC on February 6. It’s an unwieldy RPG in many respects, but few can dispute its scope, verve and impact.

Joining Final Fantasy XV this Thursday is Bethesda-published shooter, Wolfenstein: Youngblood. The tale of B.J. Blazkowicz’s twin daughters wasn’t a direct hit on release, but a series of patches have smoothed over some of its rough edges. The game doesn’t match its predecessors, but it is worth trying. It’s also coming to both Xbox One and PC.

Finally, colour-coded puzzle game Death Squared hits Xbox One on February 13, and action platformer Death Gambit comes to PC.

We expect news of additional Game Pass titles to be announced before the end of the month.
