Microsoft confirms the first eight titles to join Xbox Game Pass in October, including a release day debut for Back 4 Blood.

The Xbox series of consoles still lacks major new exclusives, but Microsoft’s ability to add anticipated third-party titles to the Xbox Game Pass library continues to pay off.

This month it’s Back 4 Blood, the Left 4 Dead-inspired co-op zombie shooter from Turtle Rock Studios. It comes to Game Pass on release day and is available on console, PC, and cloud streaming.

Other new additions for early October include Totally Accurate Battle Simulator, which exits Game Preview for a full release today, roguelike card crawler Ring of Paint, and the latest flight of fancy from Hidetaka Suehiro, The Good Life. Destiny 2: Beyond Light will be available to subscribers on PC.

Here’s the full lineup of titles joining – and leaving – Xbox Game Pass in October.
