Xbox Games with Gold

Microsoft has announced the four free games coming to Xbox Games with Gold in February.

The Xbox One is graced with Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon, the retro-style Castlevania homage from Inti Creates. It’s an entertaining enough game in its own right, but also serves as a prequel to the Kickstarter-funded Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, which is due for release later this year.

Also coming to Xbox One is Konami’s action maze game, Super Bomberman R. After a rough launch on Nintendo Switch, a slew of content updates have improved the game. For long-term Xbox fans it should be good enough to banish any lingering memories of Bomberman: Act Zero.

February’s Xbox 360 games – which are also playable on Xbox One via backwards compatibility – are Assassin’s Creed Rogue, and Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy.

Xbox Games With Gold – February 2019

Xbox One

  • Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon– February 1 to 28
  • Super Bomberman R – February 16 to March 15

Xbox 360 and Xbox One

  • Assassin’s Creed Rogue – February 1 to 15
  • Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy – February 16 to 28

There’s still time to download three games from January’s Games with Gold lineup. Celeste and Far Cry 2 are available until this Thursday. WRC 6 is available until February 15, 2019.
