Microsoft confirms the free games coming to Xbox Games With Gold in June 2018.
Here are details of the Xbox One and Xbox 360 games coming to Games with Gold in June.
First up on Xbox One is Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia, an entertaining but non-essential 2D spin-off from Ubisoft’s long-running franchise.
It’s joined by the free-to-play MOBA, Smite. The Games with Gold version comes with over $100 worth of free content, including 20 additional gods and more than 50 bonus items such as skins and announcer packs.
In our opinion, this month’s Xbox 360 titles are a stronger crop. Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed doesn’t quite match Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, but it comes close. And Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues is more of the same from Traveller’s Tales, but it’s still a treat to play in local co-op. Both games are also playable on Xbox One via the magic of Backwards Compatibility.

Don’t forget, you can still download three games from May’s Games with Gold lineup. Super Mega Baseball 2 and Vanquish are available until May 31, and Kojima’s masterpiece Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is free to download until June 15, 2018.
