MLB The Show 21 and NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139 headline next week’s lineup of Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S releases.

There’s a range of top quality games coming to the Xbox family of consoles this week. The highlight is the full release of MLB The Show 21, not least because the game is also coming to Xbox Game Pass. That news must hurt PlayStation fans, but it’s a welcome boost for Xbox players who have been without a top-tier baseball simulation for all too long.

Another game to look forward to is NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139, which is an updated version of the NieR:Automata prequel previously released in Japan.

The acclaimed Yakuza spin-off Judgment also makes its next-gen debut. The Xbox Series X|S version features faster loading times, a 60fps frame rate, and all of the DLC from the PS4 version.

Other new releases include The Skylia Prophecy, MotoGP 21, and Little Mouse’s Encyclopedia. We’ll update this page throughout the week if we get news of any last-minute additions.

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. But it's hard to do that in the current financial climate. If you'd like to help us fund these aims, you could always buy the team a cup of coffee.
