Dark Light

Here’s the full rundown on this week’s new eShop games for the Nintendo Switch, 3DS, and Wii U.

It’s a reasonably quiet week on the Nintendo eShop by recent standards, with a smaller, more digestible lineup of new releases.

Our pick of the week is Manticore: Galaxy on Fire. Yes, it’s another mobile port, but of a game that always had ambitions of offering a deep, console-like experience. There’s plenty of content to be found in this iteration, and having standard console controls should make its combat much more enjoyable.

Also released this week is Wild Guns Reloaded, an enhanced version the classic SNES shooter from Natsume that adds new levels and characters.

Elsewhere, there’s a remastered version of Puzzling Dream’s graphic adventure, The Way, and fans of strategy games might want to check out Neo Atlas 1469, a remake of the 1999 trading sim/visual-novel, Neo Atlas II.

Nintendo Switch owners in the US can also look forward to picking up the first Nintendo Labo releases at retail. They arrive in Europe next week.

Here is this week’s full Nintendo Switch lineup, we’ll add details of any additional releases as soon we get them.
