Horizon: Zero Dawn and God of War III added to PlayStation Hits lineup

Dark Light

Sony adds more AAA titles to the PlayStation Hits line of reduced price games.

One of the nice things about the autumn years of a console generation is the opportunity for platform holders to permanently reduce the price of some of its biggest games. Nintendo has its Select range, Microsoft dabbled with Platinum Hits and Classics on the Xbox 360, and Sony has a growing library of PlayStation Hits on PS4.

From June 28, a new batch of games will be added to the PlayStation Hits range in North America, Europe. Both regions get Guerrilla’s outstanding open world action adventure, Horizon Zero Dawn, along with the 2015 remaster of God of War III, and Team Ninja’s action RPG, Nioh. Oh, and Friday the 13th.

Resident Evil VII – which came to the European Hits lineup in April – is also added to the range in North America.

New PlayStation Hits

  • Friday the 13th: The Game
  • God of War III Remastered
  • Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition
  • Nioh
  • Resident Evil 7 biohazard (US and Canada)

PlayStation Hits games are priced at $19.99 in the US, €19.99 across Europe, and £15.99 in the UK. The price applies to physical copies at retail, as well as digital downloads via the PlayStation Store. Other games in the range include Batman: Arkham Knight, Bloodborne, and Street Fighter V.
