Horizon Zero Dawn and Darksiders III join the PlayStation Now lineup in December 2020.

PlayStation Now still doesn’t receive the attention that Xbox Game Pass enjoys. It’s not as good, for one reason, but it also pales in comparison to PlayStation Plus, which continues to feature great games on a monthly basis. (Conversely, Xbox Games with Gold seems to be dying a slow death.)

However, December is a good month for PS Now. One of the best games of the generation now on the service. Former PS4 exclusive Horizon Zero Dawn is a stunning action-adventure from Guerrilla Games that features a massive – although manageable – open-world to explore, some marvellous creature and character design, and an intriguing story to unravel.

Among the other titles joining PS Now this month are Darksiders III, which isn’t as good as its predecessors but still worth a look, and The Surge 2. Here’s the full lineup.

PlayStation Now Games – December 2020

  • Broforce
  • Darksiders III
  • Horizon Zero Dawn
  • Stranded Deep
  • The Surge 2
  • Wreckfest: Drive Hard. Die Last.

Of the games on the list, only Wreckfest has a PS Now departure date. Grab your calendar and draw a sad face on May 31, 2021.
