Life is Strange: Before the Storm is getting vinyl and limited edition physical releases.
Both editions will feature all three episodes of Deck Nine’s prequel, plus an extra bonus episode, and will hit stores on March 6 in the US, and March 9 in Europe. The Limited Edition contains an art book, and licensed CD soundtrack. The Vinyl Edition is available exclusively from the Square Enix Store, and includes an additional copy of the soundtrack pressed on white and purple vinyl.
In our Life is Strange: Before the Storm review, Josh Wise said:
“A powerful central relationship, an enigmatic plot, and terrific writing all elevate Before the Storm above the original series.”
Both editions are now available to pre-order, and also include access to the Life is Strange: Before the Storm episode, ‘Farewell’. The bonus episode sees the return of a young Max Caulfield, as well as voice actors Ashly Burch & Hannah Telle returning to their roles as Chloe and Max.
Both versions also feature additional digital content in the shape of a Mixtape Mode, a new costume pack, and Episode 1 of the first Life is Strange season.
